Vampire Weekend have added a UK and Ireland tour to the live plans for their upcoming new album ‘ONLY GOD WAS ABOVE US’.

Before now, those plans had been focused exclusively on North America save for an appearance at Primavera Sound in May, but UK and Ireland shows have been added for the end of the year and will start at 3Arena in Dublin on November 29th.

Also booked are appearances in Manchester, London, Wolverhampton, Glasgow and London, while two shows on mainland Europe are to come at Paris’ Adidas Arena and AFAS Live in Amsterdam.

When does Vampire Weekend’s general sale of tickets begin? At 10am UK time on Friday, April 5th.
