Modern psych rock legends King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard have unveiled a world tour with a handful of UK dates in May 2024. Tickets for the shows go on sale a 9am on Friday 10 November.
The tour comes in support of the band’s 25th studio album The Silver Cord, which came out in October on KGLW records. The dizzyingly prolific group have (so far) released two albums this year, the first being their thrash metal album PetroDragonic Apocalypse; Or, Dawn Of Eternal Night: An Annihilation Of Planet Earth And The Beginning Of Merciless Damnation.
Starting with a performance at London’s Wide Awake Festival on Saturday 25 May, the band will then perform in Liverpool, Edinburgh, Wolverhampton and Bristol, with a culminating date on Friday 31 May at the Brighton Dome.
